We have a fantastic event to pair with warmer weather, coming up on Sunday October 23rd. Think Champagne and fresh flavours brought to you by one of Richmond's more progressive and creative restaurants. 

Wine producer and importer Tony Hancy, of Prancing Horse, will guide us through the exciting wines of Henri Giraud.

Based in the region of Ay, Henri Giraud produces some of the most expressive and dynamic sparklings we have ever seen. We invite you to join us in exploring five of these superb wines, accompanying a three course lunch prepared by the team from Anchovy.

Join us for a long lunch enjoying the wines of Linnaea and the food of ex Builders Arms Hotel and current Marquis of Lorne chef, Jake Swain. 

Linnaea wines come from fantastic regions across the globe including Piemonte, Nappa Valley, and Heathcote.  
With a focus on small batch, intelligent wines Linnaea has produced some brilliant expressions in the regions in which they work.

One half of Linnaea, Daniel Fischl will join us to talk through their exquisite wines.

Winter is upon us and we are very excited to host this special event.

On Sunday July 31 we will be hosting a truffle laden long lunch.

Chef Romu Oudeyer of La Truffiere, Paris will be preparing four very exciting courses focusing on one of our favorite winter delicacies, Truffles!

Of course there will be lots of wine. Scott Irving from Distillery Works will be opening some incredible wines to accompany each dish, focusing on Northern Italian varieties such as Nebbiolo and including the odd Barolo.

Uncompromising Viticulture, and a belief that wines must speak of a place and reflect the flavour of a vineyard, has resulted in this winery continually crafting beautiful Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from these hallowed Geelong soils. 

Matt Holmes is the most recent recipiant of the Bannockburn winemaking Baton, following in the footsteps of Michael Glover and Gary Farr.

Milton's First Birthday

The last twelve months have been very special for Milton. After the warmest of welcomes to the neighbourhood, we've enjoyed a year of serving terrific wine in even better company. Our team has gotten larger, and so too our beautiful back garden. 

We now have a lot of friends - old and new, and it's time to celebrate with all of you! 

On Saturday the 13th of June our newly heated courtyard is set to be bustling with Mark Nelson on BBQ duties all day.

Come and enjoy a drink or three with our staff, as we thank you all for a fantastic first year and many more to come!
As always we'll be open from midday.
